That means weāve sourced equipment and designed brewhouse configurations for every type of brewery you can imagine, in every situation. We produce our equipment to the absolute highest standard ā because the quality of equipment can really make a huge difference to your product ā and overall success of your brewery.
Designated Driver
Zhuhai, China
John has been with BBS since the beginning and covers all aspects of the business, hence his title of Designated Driver. Originally from Austin, Texas he found himself in China in 2007 and has since embraced the culture, language, and business environment. He has designed and installed equipment in over 10 countries and is armed with a plethora of knowledge to help you setup or expand your brewery.
Beergineer
Zhuhai, China
Harry has been with BBS since the beginning and is the local Beergineer. Having studied at Brewlab in the UK he has a good grasp of all aspects of the brewing process. Originally from London, England he worked his way to China in 2010 and has a good command of the business environment and language. He is always eager to commission a new brewery and help clients make quality beers
Flowmaster – Oceania

Justin joined BBS in 2021 and is helping our customers across Australia fine-tune their plans to lock in designs that are highly efficient, easy to use (and clean!), flow logically, and of course, produce great beer. Justin has amassed extensive experience during his 15 years in beer. From a 6HL kit, a technical role with Lion, establishing CBCo’s expansion into their East Coast production site, and most recently five years leading sales and development for Bintani Australia. Justin brings his expertise across beer judging, brewing consultancy, and technical writing to further assist brewers when the stainless has landed and the real fun begins.
Alyssa Trevino
Director of Calm
Austin, Texas
Alyssa has been with BBS since 2021 and is looking after our administrative tasks, helping keep John and the others sane and organised. Alyssa received her bachelorās degree in 2019 from the University of Texas at Austin in Communications Studies with a minor in Business Administration. She recently graduated with distinction from Liberty University with a Masterās in Communications.
