1. Enhanced Communication

John and Harry work in our HQ office in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China, and have a strong command of Mandarin Chinese. While they, along with our sales representatives, handle most of the communication with the client we have a strong team of CAD designers, project managers, logistics managers, and our accountant. Our local team members facilitate clearer and more effective communication between all stakeholders as they can interact directly with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

The level of communication was a stand out, John was extremely responsive despite being half the world away which helped in both planning and setup phases. We also ran into an issue with one of the pieces on our kettle, John was able to manufacture and ship the correct piece the very next day which was awesome

2. Real-Time Problem Solving

Our dedicated team is present at various stages of the project, meaning we can quickly address issues that arise, in real-time. By having an in-house CAD team and using a file-sharing system with web links for all necessary stakeholders, we ensure instant alignment among all parties. These web links include 3D models created by the CAD team, allowing us to view the equipment from every angle, and helping us catch any issues before they become costly. Having our team in China means our local team can easily communicate with manufacturers to quickly address any concerns.

3. Quality Control

We produce our equipment to the absolute highest standardā€”because the quality of equipment can truly make a huge difference to your productā€”and the overall success of your brewery. We take a hands-on approach (literally as you can see below) with inspections during various stages of production as a team member will usually be at the manufacturer at least once a month and for inspections as needed. This ensures that all products meet our strict quality criteria and that clients can follow along with production.

4. Logistics

As of now, we have shipped to 17 different countries around the world and have an in-depth understanding of international shipping along with incoterm and importation duties and taxes, and the overall process. We also have local entities in the US (Bespoke America LLC) and Australia (Bespoke Australia Pty Ltd) if a client would rather work with a local business. This also gives us the ability to consolidate shipments and help save shipping costs for clients in the same area.

5. Adaptability and Flexibility

Having a team physically present allows us to respond to changing needs or circumstances. Whether we need to adjust production schedules or accommodate last-minute client requests, our on-the-ground team ensures we can shift quickly without compromising efficiency or quality. It is amazing how fast the team can make a change when you are in the same time zone and speaking the same language.
