At Bespoke Brewing Solutions, we believe in nurturing the craft beer community by sharing our expertise and listening to our clients. Whether you’re an experienced brewer or new to the industry, we want to make the commercial brewing equipment shopping experience easier for you. Making informed decisions about brewing equipment is crucial, and we aim to empower the craft beer community by sharing this resource filled with standard equipment dimensions.
We have created a document to share sizing information for the standard configurations of our cellar vessels. This information can be helpful for brewery layout planning, even to get an idea of what’s possible in your brewery space! The right layout can make a huge difference – to your efficiency, the quality of your beer, and the vibe of your venue. It is also important to get a general understanding of vessel weight, especially wet weight.
Pro-Tip: Underestimating weight can lead to foundation cracking and even structural failure if calculations are not done using wet weights. For example, having weight on or near trench drains can be annoying and lead to structural problems.
Pro-Tip
Click through the tabs to find equipment dimensions for Fermentation Vessels, Brite Beer Tanks, and Liquor Tanks. We have provided the outer diameter, height, dry weight, and wet weight. You will also see that we have multiple sizing configurations per vessel size (L).
Whether you are using this resource to get a general idea of vessel sizing or using it to plan your brewery layout, we hope this helps.
Have fun playing Tetris!
