Configurations
Our brewhouses come in a variety of different configurations and flavours which have been driven by our clients requirements and creativity. As you can imagine this means that we very rarely sell the same system twice as port locations, port sizes, vessel dimensions, etc. are tweaked to your needs.
Our 2-vessel brewhouses are the most purchased configuration consisting of a combination mash and lauter tun and a kettle and whirlpool vessel. From there you can explore a 3-vessel configuration by either separating the mash and lauter or kettle and whirlpool to a dedicated vessel.
Each brewer has their own preference and we respect that. If you want to increase output you can separate each step of the process to their own dedicated vessel and really push some volume.
Heating Method
We offer all of the main heating methods which are:
Electrical
We recommend electrical heating for brewhouses up to 840L/7BBL as above this size you start drawing serious power. It would be better to consider other options, but we will happily scale to larger brewhouses and HLTs depending on your needs.Direct-Fire
We recommend direct-fire heating for brewhouses from 600L/5BBL as this gives enough area for the firebox under the vessels to work efficiently.- Steam
We recommend this option for all size breweries if you are able to fit the costs in your budget and the equipment in your space. You get the best heating efficiencies and are able to utilize the steam in other areas of the brewery.

‘Bespoke saw our potential – and we saw so much potential in them as a partner going forward. We had several other quotes from other companies, all of whom had strong names in the industry, with more experience. We went with Bespoke because of the trust factor. There was much less bureaucracy of people to deal with and other projects that took precedence. It was a very personal relationship, and John was just as invested in the outcome as we were. He said ‘we want to make it the best it can be, just like you do’ and he really meant it, you could see he was incredibly genuine.’
